Confoma is a privately owned consulting company with its main business activities aimed towards Energy and Banking Companies. The company was founded in 1988 and its Managing Director is Mats Forsman. Mats has extensive background from leading positions within Banking and Finance but also from Energy Trading and Sales.

The business model of Confoma is to provide high class services within designated sectors while maintaining its high degree of flexibility. This is done by providing clients a network approach meaning that Confoma can undertake assignments of significant size and scope, regardless of geographical location. As an example Confoma co-operated with an international consultancy firm to enable full scale project staffing for large projects. This provides a client the flexibility to select a particular consultant or a number of consultants at key positions.
